Christie loves helping everyone around the clinic, keeping things clean and organized! She makes sure your animals feel safe and comfortable during their time here.

She has been working with animals for a big portion of her life, having various animals from a young age but her main focus over the last 5 years has been with her Sugar Gliders program. 

Born in Lethbridge, Christie has lived here most of her life, as much as she got pulled away, she always seemed to find her way back home. She is a mom to three children, and many Sugar Gliders , days and nights are always an adventure.

Being fairly new to the industry, working with animals and at Family Pet Hospital has given her a great push towards the goal of someday becoming a RVT and working with exotic animals! Always inspired to learn and grow, there is always more to know about animals it's a never-ending learning experience.  Being able to observe the techs and doctors, is something that motivates her to improve and continue to strive to provide the best care for your furry family.
