Dr. Thomas grew up in a farming community with a lot of animals like cows, goats, rabbits, chicken, ducks and pet animals around him. Their presence and companionship might have fixed the destiny in his childhood itself. He joined the Bachelor of Science degree with Zoology as major in Mahatma Gandhi University in India. After completion, he was accepted into the Veterinary Medical program and graduated in 2013. 

Shortly after graduation, Dr. Thomas stared his career as a mixed animal practitioner and later developed a keen interest in small animal and avian practice. He practiced avian and small animal medicine in the Middle East with a specialization in birds of prey for a few years before making the beautiful Canada as his home for ever. Now Dr. Thomas’ major areas of practice are emergency medicine and surgery with a special interest in veterinary dentistry and oral surgery.

Dr. Thomas been practicing in Alberta since 2018 after obtaining the veterinary license and loved Alberta for its people and nature. Recently he moved to Lethbridge and lives here with his lovely wife, who is also a veterinarian and colleague.
