Jenna grew up on an acreage outside of Lac La Biche Alberta, giving her a lot of space to fill with horses, cats and dogs. She initially gained interest in veterinary medicine through her involvement with 4-H and was heavily influenced by her mentors to pursue it as a career. Jenna went on and earned her Veterinary Technologist diploma from Lakeland College in 2017, and continues to expand her skill set through continuing education opportunities. She thrives in the face paced, team focused environment of Family Pet Hospital, facing each challenge with positivity. Jenna is most of all inspired by her patients, having seen so many recover from what seems like the impossible and come out the other side with a wagging tail. At home, Jenna has 3 cats, 3 horses and 30 chickens. When she finds spare time, Jenna enjoys horseback riding, snowboarding, hockey and gardening.
