Hi I’m Karlene, I grew up on an acreage in Fort Steele, BC with all sorts of animals. I have had a passion for animals, both large and small since I was young and always dreamed of working in the veterinary field. I graduated from Lakeland College in June 2018 and started here at Family pet February 2019. I love the diverse atmosphere of Family Pet and the fact that you are always busy whether it be day or night. When not at work I can be found riding my horses or at rodeos. I also have a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever X named Jade who loves coming to work with me!
